Blockheads serves hefty portions of healthy San Francisco-style Mexican for minimal pesos. Blockheads offers all of the traditional choices—quesadillas, burritos, tacos, and fajitas, but also utilizes interesting north-of-the-border ingredients and flavors to take your taste buds for a ride.
They steam all of the signature burritos to seal in the flavor of the healthy ingredients, and the chips are perfect—fresh, crisp, and light.
You can substitute whole-wheat tortillas, brown rice, and tofu sour cream to help cut calories and carbohydrates for no additional cost. Jamaican jerk chicken, Carolina BBQ, fresh spinach, and roasted mixed vegetables are just a few of the intriguing burrito fillings, but whatever your fancy may be, the food is big, fresh, and cheap. The food was horrible. My make yor own Quesadilia came with out cheese and was cold. It was more like a sloppy joe in a tortilla then what I ordered. When I called to complain they sent me a new one again with no chesses and cold. Byers beware

Awful. Especially their vegan options. I couldn't believe how bad the food was. But really, it's my own fault since this isn't a vegan establishment...only veggie friendly.

The tacos I ordered were totally crushed because the delivery guy put the container of beans and guacamole on top of the flimsy plastic lid of the plate holding the tacos. Tacos and rice were cold. I don't understand why they don't use an insulated carry case to deliver the food. I had asked for the salsa that comes on the tacos to be put on the side and it wasn't. Beans are rice were flavorless. This is fast food Mexican that is way overpriced. Also, what kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't give complimentary chips and salsa?!

I don't understand why anyone would not rate this 5 stars. The food is great and I have never had a problem with delivery. I always customize my burrito's and they have never not made my food as I had asked. BBQ chicken burrito is my absoulte favorite

I love, love, love blockheads. The portions are MASSIVE - I usually get the mini-burrito with a side salad. I love the shredded beef burrito! This is my go-to Mexican place.

It was more like fast food mexican...food that everyone can like, therefore excluding ingredients like cilantro that makes mexican food good and authentic. Also, the food was cold when it arrived.

Soy cheese and sour cream! Perfect if you are vegan or lactose intolerant. I'm craving their burrito right now which is huge and filling. I wish you could order their margaritas to go.

Quesadillas grande is always a good--can be a bit pricey for what it is and you need to be ready to wait a WHILE for the food delivery. But once it arrives, you aren't disappointed.

We order from here every few weeks and we can't get enough. We love the double shelled tacos and the mexican chicken wrap the best. I would give it 5 starts but sometimes the delivery can be either slightly slow or missing something. Also, would like to see more items on the menu. Regardless, it's a great spot.

Ordering on the website has imrpoved the overall ordering experience as I use to think I was talking to an actualy Blockhead on the phone when I called to order before Seamless Web. The food is very tasty as they employ a healthy direction for what is basically TexMex junk food. Delivery time is longer than I would have liked, but that is true because the restaurant is quite busy. I wish the restaurant would reconsider putting their tasty desserts back on the menu. Overall, this is a really good place to get a burrito!

I LOVE Blockheads! The flavors are fresh and the options let you make it healthy. They accomodate special requests, like no tortilla or no rice, happily. And the food is just darn tasty. I partial to the Super Chicken Burrito, no tortilla. They don't have a huge selection, but what they do serve, they serve well. Don't expect traditional Mexican - but do expect great taste!

I ordered nachos with chicken and the 3 bean 3 chile chili. Order came a little later than seamless's estimate and the chips were either too soggy (those on top, near the toppings) or stale (those on the bottom). The chili and the chicken were both cooked well, but next time I'll get the chips on the side. Up next: Burrito! Since, ya know, that's what they're named after.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We waited for 45 mins for our food only to get a phone call from the restaurant saying that the delivery person was turned away even though we never got a phone call and our buzzer never rang. They acknowledged the mistake and said they would re-deliver our order - and they did - but they did not re-do the order. Our food was cold, soggy and nasty when it arrived at our door. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Delicious and a great value! I got the Chicken Burrito Lunch Special. It was filling and full of flavor! The food was packed well and stayed in place during the delivery process...which is sometimes hard with Mexican food. The chips were in a seperate bag and stayed crisp. Delivery man was quick and pleasant. Really great!

This restaurant has gotten my seamless web order wrong countless times. they will disregard any special instructions you ask for, and if you order a salad guaranteed they will forget your dressing. disappointing.

Blockhead's was good once upon a time, but the quality has plummeted. Every order is inconsistent; at best it's pretty good, at worst it's disgusting and unappetizing (i think there may have been a bug in my burrito once). After having way too many of the latter, we have stopped ordering from Blockhead's altogether.

Mostly good. But the chips and guac order came with a small small bag of chips. The fajita burrito isn't actually a burrito -- the rice and beans are separate. In addition, the lettuce inside is cooked and wilty and bitter. Less than incredible.

The delivery boy did not bring his ID even though i wrote that in the notes. What is the point of getting delivery if you have to go downstairs and pick it up? The burrito was soggy. It was soaked in a disguisting puddle of black bean soup. I'm not sure what I was really eating because everything was covered in sour cream, there may have been some angel hair pasta in the burrito. But it was tasty, or maybe it was because I was starving.

Blech! Bland, sloppy, and WAAAAAY overpriced. The Super Chicken Burrito was anything but. Well, it SORT OF looked like a burrito, but aside from that, all similarities end. It's light on the chicken and heavy of the rice and guac. The "salsa cruda" tastes like ketchup. Oh, and don't get me started on the Quesadilla Grande. You'd think expecting some CHEESE in a quesadilla isn't too unreasonable. If there was any, I didn't taste it. It was just another lump of tortilla stuffed with rice and guac. If you like guac, then this is the place for you. If you expect cheese and meat, look somewhere else. ZERO STARS!

Food + Service are both hit or miss. Consistently they make mistakes with delivery orders and have no sympathy to correct them or apologize. Order at your own risk.
